May 28, 2015  Hi, I am running Mac OSX 10.6.8 Last week I lost my connection with my one contact. I reloaded Skype 6-14.15.0.335. My contact has the same version. My contact says they have the online symbol, as do I. I have put my contacts home telephone number in and my contact has added my home number. However, we cannot connect via video. Can you help?
