Our system administrator sends out distribution lists to staff to import into Outlook. She creates them using windows PC version. Most staff are using PC's, however some of us are on Macs (because we know they are better)!


Unfortunately when us Mac users attempt to import the .vcf file into Outlook for Mac (done by dragging them into contacts section of Outlook) , nothing happens. If I attempt to import them into contacts (Address Book) I get the error 'No Importable cards were found'.


Any Ideas? Can I convert them into something else? Can our system administrator export them differently from the PC version?
